- After completing the webinar, go to htilearn.com, click “Sign In”
- Enter your email address and password
- Click “Log In”
- Scroll down “My Upcoming Webinars”
- Select “Evaluation” to complete the Evaluation
- Select “Submit”
- Select ‘Certificate’
- Your Certificate will display and you can then either print or save to your computer.
I did not receive the email with the links to the webinar; what should I do?
- The email may have gone to your SPAM or JUNK folders
- If you add info@htilearn.com to your contacts, this may fix the issue going forward
- First, add the sender’s email address (info@htilearn.com) to your contacts or address book. This tells your email service that you want to receive emails from Higher Thought Institute emails.
- Second, if a message ends up in spam anyway, go into your spam or junk folder and find an email from info@htilearn.com, select the message you don’t consider spam, and click “Not Spam” (or a similarly labeled button.) This will let your email box know that emails from info@htilearn.comare not spam and will ensure that you receive important information regarding webinars for which you have registered.

- Log into htilearn.com
- Scroll down to find the webinar you are interested in attending
- Select “Register”
- Select ‘Proceed to Checkout’
- Enter credit card information
- Select “Place Order”
- You will receive an an order confirmation email when your credit card is approved
- You will also receive Zoom links for the webinar

How do I open an Account with Higher Thought Institute?
- Go to htilearn.com
- Select ‘Sign In’ on the top navigation bar
- Select ‘My Account’
- Select ‘Click Here to Create an Account’
- Fill in Your Information to create an account
- Your email address will be your User ID
- Select ‘Register Button’
You will Receive a Verification Email from info@htilearn.com (check your spam folder)
Approve the Verification Email and that will bring you to your account.
How can I reset my password?
- Go to htilearn.com
- Select ‘Sign In’ on the top navigation bar
- Select ‘My Account’
- Select ‘Forgot Your Password’
- Enter your email address and select email password reset link

I am receiving a Zoom Error when logging into the webinar that says the webinar has expired. What can I do?
- Click on the Zoom Link:
- If you receive an error message from Zoom stating that ‘the link has expired’,
Enter the Webinar/Meeting ID: 11-digit code (XXX XXXX XXXX) - Press ‘Join Meeting’
- Enter Passcode: 6-digit code (XXXXXX)
